AGREEMENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Disputes shall first be referred to an independent expert before they are escalated into court proceedings if necessary, so as not to conflict with or jeopardize any licensing requirements.

These Terms supersede all previous agreements between you and the Service Provider (or our Group Companies). If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable in whole or part by a Court, we shall ensure that this will not affect other provisions contained within.
